 In 2022 We were approached by the Clark Family and told they would be     

retiring and selling Sunny Isle Motel, Which had been in the Clark family         since 1963 and had a long standing reputation for being clean and  comfortable and well appointed ,With some hesitation we decided it would be best  to purchase the motel to ensure its survival in the small Motel   world,  Since taking ownership, We have made many improvements of our own on the  landscaping and rooms,as all rooms got a fresh new look with up dated paint, prints, bar fridges,coffee makers,  new bathroom vanities, and all new Tripple  sheeting ( White modern bedding ) in all rooms, and new steel  exterior doors ,A new 24 hour Laundromat  and the ice maker is now located in the Laundromat for 24 hour  access, as  these are      all improvements we  have made over the years at Cairns Motel which we have owned since 1996 ,and we strive to give guests equal  experiences at which ever property they  chose to stay at !  We hope our properties will be your choice on your next visit to Prince Edward Island !
